During these attacks you may feel breathless with heart beating faster, churning stomach, dry mouth; sometimes combined with a desperate need for the loo!!

It may be that you feel panicky when at the supermarket, in crowds or in particular places.

You may have asked yourself, and indeed may still be asking yourself, why you can't shrug off all these things yourself. After all, you may reason, I didn't used to be like this, and I don't want to be like this, so why should I be like this?

The answers to these questions lie, of course, in the subconscious or Deep Inner Mind where you do not have access to them at the conscious level.

Over the years I have helped many hundreds of people overcome their social phobia, shyness, lack of confidence or poor self-esteem.

It is impossible to be precise about how many sessions you will require but you can expect somewhere between three and six weekly sesions. I rarely see clients beyond six sessions. Therapy is further enhanced through the use of a CD which assists you to relax and reinforces the therapy each time you play it (which also reduces the number of sessions you are likely to require).
