Why is it that some people seem to stay slim no matter what they eat or drink?
Why do I become slimmer as I diet, only to put it all on again even before I get down to my 'proper' weight?
Why do I finish off my partner's or the kid's food at meal times?
Why do I pick at meal times and / or snack between meals?
Why can't I resist chocolates, cakes and cream etc.?
Perhaps you have asked yourself all these questions but still you do the things that result in your being overweight again - and even again and again and again!!
Maybe you have been on a "crash" diet only to put the weight back on -perhaps plus more! Many slimming and health clubs have helped people to become free of their excess fat, only for them to put it all back on again.
Your Deep Inner Mind is tremendously powerful, richly creative and has tremendous resources to help you. I use this power so that your mind changes to support you in eating healthily and becoming slim. This releases you from the constant conflict between the desire to be slim and the craving for "unhealthy "foods.
Your Deep Inner Mind can change your eating habits for ever; enabling you to be free of over eating, picking and snacking. When you no longer overeat you become slim and you can still enjoy the food you like but in moderation!
We also need to examine any emotional issues concerning your eating habits so that you really do "eat to live" and enjoy that food and not "live to eat" and then regret doing so!
Dieting and depriving yourself of the foods you like are a recipe for disaster!!
